Peter Trading Co. founded in 1975 and established Passion Trading Sdn. Bhd. In the year 1980. These two companies operate as the supplier and distributor of hair and beauty products and equipment in Malaysia, Singapore, also Asian and Western countries. Today, with more than 30 years of experiences in hair and beauty businesses, Passion Trading Sdn. Bhd. has become the main supplier of hair and beauty products and equipment in Malaysia, at the same time, carrying own branded products and equipment, such as Sukipassion professional products, Passion Hair Product Series, Qc Professional Use Hair products, Passion hair / beauty saloon furniture and accessories. These products and equipment are exporting to countries such as Hong Kong, Thailand, Macau, Singapore, Indonesia, China, Taiwan and etc. Additionally, Passion Trading Sdn. Bhd. also imports products from oversea. From Japan along, Passion is the sole agent for NUMBER THREE Hair Cosmetic equipment, the Feather Cut, and the famous KARARA tonic of AMOROUS Co. Other than that, we are also the sole agents of Italy RICA WAX, Italy INTERCOSMO hair products, Uniq One Hair Products, Italy PARLUX Hair dryer, and other famous hair and beauty products from other countries.

Passion Trading Sdn. Bhd. has developed a strong marketing team all over Malaysia. There are more than 30 distributors / wholesalers and almost 80 sales person who carry and distribute products which under the management of Passion Trading Sdn. Bhd. in Eastern and Western Malaysia. Other than, this brilliant recognition of domestic selling record, Passion Trading Sdn. Bhd. has also established a tight relationship with the oversea manufacturers and distributors. Besides that, Passion has put in a lot of effort in building good relationship with public media and society, such as advertise in various local and international newspapers and magazine, donate to charity organizations, and organize hair and beauty competitions in order to increase the image and recognition of hair and beauty business. In order to assist local hairstylists to survive in this dynamic environment, Passion Trading Sdn. Bhd. has invited many well-known hairstylist and product technicians to provide seminars and the introduction of new products, therefore, to improve their knowledge for latest and existing products. The creation of Passion Trading Sdn. Bhd. which is registered as Limited. This it to expand its business and then create a proxy of international best-selling products, and the addition of international wholesale business.
注册成为发绅有限公司。（此举是为了扩展公司业务，成为国际畅销产品代理及为国际批发业务铺路。）

1997

The full implementation of the wholesale business, began to brand line. Then introduced a large number of noble Italy, the United States, Japan, Korea and other brand hair and beauty products.

We set-up Beauty Impact, a retail outlet at Prangin Mall, Tesco, Gurney Plaza and Quensbay Mall.

We brought in Davines products that from Italy as sole of agent in Malaysia.
We set-up an education center, namely as Davines Multispace Salon, which is a first salon in Malaysia with open system and four different spacing in one salon.

We launched a new brand namely as Sukipassion, a product with combination of hair color, styling and treatment product.
