Purchasing Policy

 

Cancellation & Return

If you need to cancel your order for any reason please email us as early as possible at customerservice@passion.com quoting your name, order number, item description and date of order. If however your order has already been processed and dispatched, there will be no cancellation.

If the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, you may return the product to us within 7 working days. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us. Goods must be returned ‘AS SOLD’ in the original packaging with all components, accessories and warranty card.

Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.

Refund

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and please ensure that returned goods are in a re-saleable condition as we cannot accept products back which have been used or which are scratched and blemished.

Please email us at customerservice@passion.com.my quoting your name, order number, item description and date of order with reason for return.

The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including accessories, invoice, warranty card) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

If you suspect that your product has developed a fault, please check that the problem is not something like a blown fuse or a disconnected cable. Check the manufacturers’ manual, specifically the fault finding/troubleshooting section to see whether you can resolve the problem yourself.

If the fault remains unresolved, please contact our customer care line. In the unlikely event if there is a fault with your product within 7 days of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair or exchange of the goods provided that
• The fault is clearly as a result of poor workmanship or faulty materials.
• The fault is not the direct result of normal wear and tear or negligent actions.
• We reserve the right to assess whether the fault meets the above criteria.

Product Warranties

All products are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturers’ warranty. The length of warranty is vary considerably between brands, so please be sure to check prior to purchasing.

The warranty is non-transferable and do not extend beyond the initial length of warranty. If for example an item is replaced as part of your warranty agreement, the warranty only continues to the end of the existing warranty period. Should your goods develop a fault, then you will be responsible for the cost of sending the goods for service.

Also, please retain your ‘Parcel Summary’ documents (including Invoice, Delivery Order/Packing List, Warranty Card) which is a proof of purchase and will validate the date from which your warranty will start. It is essential to keep your ‘Parcel Summary’ document to preserve the warranty. In the event of missing warranty card, the manufacturers reserve the rights to charge for servicing, even when the product is still within warranty period.
