Instructions For Use:

Use the scale on a hard surface. No adjustment is necessary.
Press the lower right or left hand corner with the foot, until luminous figures appear.
Important! Wait until the display shows “00.0” before stepping on the scale.
Step on the scale. The display blinks and then displays the weight. It will automatically turn off displays the weight. It will automatically turn off after displaying your weight for a few seconds.
Step “LB / KG” switch on bottom of unit for either pound (lb.) or kilogram (kg) readings.
